We kindly request that no children attend the reception, allowing you to enjoy a well-deserved night off. They are welcome to attend the church ceremony!

Yes, we highly recommend renting a car for your trip! Barossa Valley is about an hour’s drive from Adelaide Airport, and having a car will make it much easier to explore the beautiful Barossa region at your own pace.
Major car rental companies like Avis, Hertz, and Budget are available at Adelaide Airport.

Yes! We are organising buses to make everything as easy as possible for our guests. The buses will pick everyone up from the checkpoints and take you to the church for the ceremony, then to the reception, and finally back to the checkpoints after the celebrations.
Closer to the date, we’ll share the exact pick-up locations.
If you plan to use the buses, just let us know when you RSVP, so we can make sure there’s a seat for you! -
We recommend staying at The Novotel in Barossa Valley.
Not only is it a checkpoint for the shuttle buses we have arranged, but you will also receive a discount on your booking - just mention our wedding, and it will be applied automatically.
Alternatively, there are stunning Airbnbs available in the Tanunda area. The shuttle buses will also be collecting guests from a checkpoint here, likely on the main street.

Yes, we have reserved all the rooms at The Kingsford for the night of our wedding.
If you would like to book your accommodation here for that night, just let James or Bianca know via text.

Yes, there is ample parking available at The Kingsford for all guests attending the reception. We’ll make sure there are clear signs to guide you to the parking areas.

If you are unable to organise someone to help for the night, we recommend hiring a nanny.
We are interviewing several companies to ensure we provide information about a reliable service - check this section in the coming months for more details.
